Refresh cadence

How often Kiteview re-checks your competitors' key pages and aggregates new signals. Weekly on Watch, daily on Pro, every 6 hours on Business, near real-time on Enterprise.

"So What?" brief

The layer that separates Kiteview from a search tool. Every signal comes with a short, sourced explanation of what changed, why it matters for your business, and what to do next.

Argus

The named AI assistant built into Kiteview. It reads every signal, battlecard, review, and transcript in your account and answers questions like "How do I handle Competitor X's pricing objection?" with citations.

Argus Lite

The Watch tier version of Argus, powered by Qwen 2.5 72B. Fast and capable for quick lookups. Full Argus on Pro and above runs on Claude Sonnet 4.5 for deeper reasoning.

Argus query

One question asked to Argus. Limits are per 7-day rolling window and shared across your team. "UI queries" are questions your team asks in the app; "API queries" are automated calls from your own tools.

Battlecards

Auto-generated sales enablement documents per competitor: positioning, differentiators, common objections, recommended talk tracks, and landmines. Updated as new intel comes in.

Forecasts

Predictive analyses that connect signals into future moves: "Competitor X is hiring ML engineers and updated their pricing page, probably shipping an AI assistant in Q3." Business tier gets 5 per month; Enterprise is unlimited.

REST API

Programmatic access to your competitive intelligence. Pull signals, battlecards, and competitor data into your own dashboards, CRMs, or analytics tools. Business tier and above.

MCP server

Model Context Protocol. Lets you use Kiteview inside AI-native tools like Claude Desktop and Cursor. Your AI assistants can query your competitive intelligence directly.

Webhooks

Push notifications from Kiteview to your endpoints when something happens (new signal, new brief, new forecast). Useful for piping intel into Slack bots or internal tooling.

Call mining

Enterprise-only. Connect Gong or Chorus and Kiteview mines your sales call transcripts for competitor mentions, objection patterns, and win/loss insights you can act on.

Win/loss intelligence

Enterprise-only. Automated debrief interviews after deals close, plus public data mining (G2, Reddit, LinkedIn) for "switched from X" and "chose Y" signals. Answers "why we win and lose."

SSO / SAML

Single sign-on through your company's identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). Lets you provision and deprovision Kiteview accounts through your existing IT process. Enterprise only.

RBAC

Role-based access control. Admins can restrict which team members see which competitors, who can use Argus, and who manages API keys. Enterprise only.

Audit log export

A record of every action taken in your account (logins, permission changes, competitor adds, API key rotations) that Enterprise customers can export for security or compliance reviews.

QBR

Quarterly Business Review. Business tier and above get a scheduled session with the Kiteview team to review how your program is performing, identify gaps, and plan next quarter.

Dedicated CSM

Customer Success Manager. Enterprise customers get a named human on the Kiteview team whose job is making your CI program succeed. Weekly check-ins if you want them.

SLA

Service Level Agreement. The maximum response time for support requests: 48 hours on Watch, 24 on Pro, 8 on Business, 4 on Enterprise. "Priority" means your tickets jump the queue.
